We are THE Freakin Awesome CrossFit box situated within the R21 Business Park, Pretoria.

 

We offer group led functional fitness classes led by qualified coaches, putting your safety first.

 

We cater for all fitness levels - from the Super Unfit, the beginner, the "soccer mom", the guy who has never done any exercises before, to the athletes looking to do something competitive and feel part of a team again.

  • Do I need to be in great shape to start CrossFit?
    No! One of the great things about CrossFit is that it's designed to be scalable to all fitness levels. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting out, our coaches will work with you to modify the workouts to your individual needs and abilities. We believe in creating a supportive community where everyone is encouraged to challenge themselves and celebrate their achievements, no matter where they are in their fitness journey.   • What equipment do I need for CrossFit?

However, we recommend that our members come prepared with basic workout attire, proper shoes, and a water bottle.     Yes, we have a shower, bathroom and changing area available for our members. We understand that many of our members come straight from work or have busy schedules, so we want to make it as convenient as possible for them to get their workouts in. We also have plenty of locker space available to store your belongings while you work out.
  • How do I become a member of Freakin Awesome CrossFit?
    Becoming a member of Freakin Awesome CrossFit is an easy and straightforward process. Join a FREE INTRO 👈 class to get a better understanding of what CrossFit is all about and to meet our coaches. Once you've decided that Freakin Awesome CrossFit is the right gym for you, you can choose from one of our Membership Options 👈 and sign up online or in-person. Our membership options range from 3 days per week to unlimited monthly memberships. We also offer discounts for couples and students. If you have any further questions about becoming a member of FACF, please don't hesitate to contact us. We can't wait to have you join our community
  • What are the membership fees and payment options?
    Memberships start at R935. Check out all our packages HERE 👈 You can pay monthly through a debit order, with the first payment done via EFT. Oh, please remember, we require a 30-day cancellation notice if you ever decide to leave (but we hope you won't!).
  • What is the class schedule?

    Nope, there are no restrictions! Everyone's welcome to join the Freakin Awesome community. Let's get fit together!
