1. Eligibility for Returns  
Returns, refunds, or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of purchase. Items must be in brand new condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Items returned without original packaging will incur a handling charge.

2. Return Process  
To initiate a return, please contact us at **info@facf.co.za** or call us at **081 877 2680**. We will attend to your claim within 24-48 hours on weekdays. Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN). This number must be included with the returned item. Ensure that the product is securely packaged before returning.

3. Return Shipping  
The purchaser is responsible for the cost of returning the item to one of our branches. Delivery charges from the original purchase are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.

4. Refunds & Exchanges  
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of the return. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method, minus any delivery charges. Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items. Please contact us for further details.
